Hi, my name is Jimmy Ho and I am a working real estate finance professional, licensed mortgage agent in the province of Ontario, and an investor.
​
During my real estate development/investment career, I have transacted and managed a real estate portfolio of over $50M, secured over $4M in government & external funds, and worked alongside some very passionate and driven investors, businessmen, entrepreneurs, and co-workers/colleagues in the real estate development/investment industry. My specializations includes but is not limited to construction financing, multifamily residential/commercial financing, private lending (TFSA/RRSP eligible), government/business programs (ie grants, loans, credit lines, equipment financing etc.), strategy, cashflow treasury management, and operational rental & asset management.

I have an MBA from the University of Toronto (Rotman School of Management) with a emphasis on Real Estate, Finance, & Management and a BMATH(CS) from the University of Waterloo. Prior to my career in real estate finance, I had a career in tech working for companies such as Electronic Arts and Microsoft.
My current priorities are family and to continue to grow my real estate career as a leader, manager and investor. I am here to serve and to work with passionate and driven real estate developers, investors, and entrepreneurs and to help take their businesses, organization, and/or investment portfolios to the next level.
